The ~€89.99 / $102 figure everyone's panicking over is a single retailer listing. Placeholder prices on store pages are wrong constantly before a publisher sets the real number. Worth waiting for the official pages on the 25th before drawing conclusions.

Base is very likely $70, maybe $80. The expensive tiers are always the collector bundles, not the standard game.
